Listing Your Event
We understand that many promoters might only put on one or two events a year. That’s usually not enough to remember all the details and complexities of listing an event online. We're here to help! Simply and we’ll set up your event online registration. Before going live, we’ll send you a link so you can review and approve your event. We highly recommend this option as it guarantees the event will be set up correctly. You can then use the Promoter Tools to make updates and changes as needed. You also have the option to set up the event yourself with our Event Wizard. It’s easy to use but if you have any questions during the process, we'd be glad to help.

Always FREE to List Your Event
It’s always free to list your event on our site. We only charge a small fee to cover the credit card and processing fees when someone registers. You can either have the athlete pay the fee as an added processing fee or we can subtract the fee from the entry fee. Our fees are usually much lower that other online services so it saves you and your athletes money.  If you would like more information about listing an event please use our Event Submit Form.

PROMOTER TOOLS
As a promoter you have access to the Promoter Tools for:

• Events – Look up all your events and make updates and changes as needed.
  
• Participants – See who is registered. View emergency contact information, teammates and other vital information. You can make any updates and changes to their information as needed.
  
• Mail-in Entries – If you offer mail-in entries or have entries from other sources you can use our Mail-in feature and enter them in to our database. This is very helpful to get all your entries into one central location.
  
• Send Emails – You can send emails to all participants that have registered and provide them with updates about the event
  
• Download Spreadsheet – You can download a spreadsheet of the event participants at any time. The spreadsheet is critical for packet pickup and your timing company.
  
• Request Checks – You can request a check for entry fees collected at any time. Once registration closes we mail out a final payment.
• Video Help - Many pages in the promoter tools include videos to show you the features and functions of that page. This will help you understand all tools that you have access to. icon anytime.

• Event Timing – Let us know if you need a Timing Company for you event. We can put you in contact with one in your area. Services and fees will vary depending on the size of your event and requirements.
  
• Event Consultants & Race Directors – Over the years, we have worked with some great event promoters and race directors. If you need extra help with your event let us know and we’ll put you in contact with them. Their fees will vary depending on what you need them to do. This is a great resource if you get in a bind.
